Utilizing advocation as a mean of communicative art concerning the pollution situation within our air and skies, I created a visual that would symbolize and portray earths nature and our affiliation Aswell as connections with and within it. I created eight conceptual sketches of subjects which included a butterfly, world apple, shattering world, melting carton of juice, fuel and harvesting landscape, fragile cargo, natural brush and a world tree that would serve as key visual components to serve as pieces to my art's message. Handpicked, the butterfly, world tree and the flower brush trace were chosen and refined which were then unified to create a conclusive art piece of a bright yellow butterfly resting at the edges of multicolor flowers which are under the falling pedals of a Sakura tree with exposed roots and the outline and contents of the planet Terra. The message goes as is, with mother nature deteriorating state by the second, the pedals of earth's life plumet to the ground and the roots lose their valued soil in earth's surface. All while the sun (butterfly) still shines it provides rays of hope and flourishment to those lonely and dying plants that seek a chance to grow and overcome or even co-exist with the harsh C fumes and rising temps mankind has decided to drown their skies with for the last centuries.
